Terms of Service for Streamify

1. Your Account

Single Account: Your Streamify account provides you access to all parts of the Service, including the main streaming platform and Streamify Games.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the Service.

Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Your Content

Ownership: You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to the Service, including live streams, uploaded videos, shorts, comments, and profile information ("Your Content").

License to Us: By uploading Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute Your Content on and through the Service. This license is solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring it does not violate any laws or infringe on the rights of third parties, including copyright, trademark, and privacy rights.

3. Code of Conduct

You agree not to post or stream any content that:

  • Is hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, or sexual orientation.
  • Is sexually explicit or pornographic.
  • Constitutes harassment, bullying, or threats against others.
  • Involves illegal activities or encourages dangerous acts.
  • Infringes on the intellectual property of others.

We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate any account that violates these rules.

4. Community Guidelines

Streamify is a global community. These guidelines are here to ensure that everyone feels safe and welcome. All users are expected to adhere to these standards.

  • Be Respectful: Treat others as you would like to be treated. We do not tolerate harassment, bullying, threats, or any form of intimidation.
  • No Hate Speech: Content that promotes violence or hatred against individuals or groups based on attributes like race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality is strictly prohibited.
  • Avoid Harmful Content: Do not create or share content that glorifies or encourages self-harm, suicide, or dangerous acts that could lead to serious physical harm.
  • No Spam or Scams: Do not engage in deceptive practices, spam, or scams. This includes misleading metadata, thumbnails, or titles designed to trick users.
  • Respect Copyright: Only upload content that you created or that you have the rights to use. Do not upload content that infringes on others' copyrights.
  • Enforcement: Violations of these guidelines may result in content removal, a strike against your account, or account termination for severe or repeated offenses.

5. Streamify Gems (Virtual Currency)

The Service includes a virtual currency called "Streamify Gems" or "Gems." Gems are not real-world currency and do not have monetary value outside of the Streamify Service.

Purchase of Gems: You may purchase Gems from us for a fee. Purchased Gems are for use within the Service only (e.g., to support creators, unlock features). All purchases of Gems are final and non-refundable.

Earning Gems: You may also be awarded Gems based on your activity and engagement on the Service, such as through streaming or special promotions ("Earned Gems"). Earned Gems are distinct from Purchased Gems.

Redemption of Earned Gems: Only Earned Gems are eligible for redemption for monetary value, subject to the conditions herein. To be eligible for redemption, your account must be in good standing and in compliance with all our Terms and policies. We reserve the right to set a minimum redemption threshold.

Redemption Values: The redemption value of Earned Gems is calculated based on the following structure. The values below are for illustrative purposes and are subject to change at our sole discretion.

Disclaimer: We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Gems and the redemption rates at any time. We shall have no liability to you or any third party if we exercise any such rights.

6. The Service

Availability: We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but we cannot guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Changes: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

7. Termination

By You: You can terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of West Bengal, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
